So for the past few weeks ive been wondering becasue i am in the process of betting my Studio Mic stuff set up if i should talk to Seichi(VA) and see if he'd recored a new Voice bank for me. Now, becuase now i live 100-ish miles away from him it would be a simple CV voice bank. I am planning to go up to Denver for a friends b-day weekend, and casue i havnt seen Seichi-n and a few of my other friends in a while i thought id stop by and say "hi".
though we will be goin to this years NDK. and thatd be 3/4 days spending endless amout of time there, i thought we could use that time to hangout.
If Seichi-n is ok with the Idea of recording something new, it will be an append Voice Bank. but only having 2 appends, Normal and Whisper.
The reason why i want a newer Seichi Voice Bank is because the current 2 Seichi Voice banks are hard to mix (both the CV and VCV) becuase of Seichi-n's Mic quality. and i personaly like Seichi's voice because how mature and how well his voice fits singing most songs.
the downside is that becuase we wont beable to recored VCV (its too time consuming) we will have to sacurfise the better range and the more human sounding-ness im looking for. but, it will be more convinent for mixing so thats a plus in its self.
I will bring this Idea up to Seichi-n once we have time to talk, sence i work graveyards and sleep durning most of the day, and he works weird times at his job. i dont really know when to ask him. and cuase we barly talk as is, id rather see whats new with him then bother him with some of my ideas
