Ryuune Seichi Update - Part 2

because ive been thinking about this all night i cant seem to sleep...
im editing this now at 4:00am in the morning, and going to leave what i recently posted but putting a jump brake in so you could see my past thought process.

Because i will only be in Denver for 3days (maybe the 8/19 - 8/21) and for a friends b-day. i only plan on doin this with Seichi for half a day, and i want to get 2 to 3 voice banks out of this adventure.
so ive been doin math in my head (thats why i cant sleep...) and this is how i figure it; there are:

216recordings / 4sets = 54groups * 16secs(per set) = 864secs / 60secs = 15mins(rounded) * 3voice banks = 45mins / 5brakes = a brake every 9mins. 45mins + 25mins(<=5min brakes * 5) = 1hour 10mins to recored 3 voice banks w/ brakes.

that sounds fair doesnt it...? it may be alittle longer. you never know what may happen. but 15ish mins to recored 1 VCV voice bank isnt bad. though we have to count how many redo's we might have to do and how much background noice we may have to deal with (sence he lives next to a busy street)

but i think we can work in 1 2 or even 3 append VCV voice banks. which would make me happy in 1 it giving me something to do (cutting, oto-ing, testing, mixing demos) and itd give me the kinda sound and range im looking for in a Voice bank!!!

and if we do only have time for 2 voice banks it will be Normal and Whisper. but the 3rd would be Power if we have time for it.

so thats my thoughts, and now that my mind is clear from math, im goin to go back to bed. good night lol

Hi again, this is a continuation of my last post about Ryuune Seichi's new Voice bank. and Seichi-n is going to let me make a newer version of Ryuune Seichi.for right now there are no set in stone plans on how we are going to do this Voice Bank. all i know is it will be a CV Voice bank. if we do an append voice bank, the appends we might do are Normal, Whisper, and Power. because this will be a CV voice bank, we will be sacraficing some stuff like range and character. but it will be good for when i or you mix using Ryuune Seichi's Voice Bank.

for this voice bank, we will be using my CV Reclist my Blue Spark Mic with the Focusrite Saffire 6 Audio Interface. as for a DAW, becuase we're goin to use Seichi-n's Computer for this, i will look up a good free DAW we can use. maybe Reaper. ...maybe
